Description:
Willis Knighton Health is seeking a LPN. The LPN will provide nursing care to patients in the physician office under a supervision of the Clinic physicians. The supervising physician delineates the privileges and duties through skill assessment. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: assessing the health status of their patients and collaborates with the physician/provider. Assist in the planning of appropriate nursing care, and interventions. They will assist in administering treatments in accordance with department policy and procedures. They will assist in referral, preauthorization's of test and procedures and medications. Will assist in medication management, administration and reconciliation.
