Description:
The Willis Knighton Heart Institute is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to perform routine nursing functions during cardiac & vascular catherization procedures. This individual may be assigned to a circulator position, scrub, or monitor/recorder throughout the procedure. Some specific tasks include moderate sedation mgmt., scrub during procedures to assist the physician, operate ancillary equipment, intra procedural documentation and pre & post procedure care of the patient. We are seeking above average, experienced clinicians who are energetic, motivated and have a positive demeanor. Cath lab/Neuro/Interventional procedural experience is preferred. An appropriate orientation is provided based on experience and level of comfort but candidate should be willing to learn, comprehend, apply principles and be receptive to new things.
