Location: WK Bossier Department: Clinic - LA Family Practice Classification: Full-Time Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Date Posted: 4/17/2023 Description: We are seeking an experienced telephone operator to add to our large medical practice. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, possess excellent communication skills and have the initiative to work independently. We have an atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with the physicians, managers, nursing and clerical staff as an integral component assisting with the daily operations of our clinics. Your primary responsibility will be to answer the multi-line phone system for 9 providers while routing calls, taking messages and booking/rescheduling appointments. Hospital and Departmental Orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process as well as training on our enterprise-wide practice management system.
