Grill cook will prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from customers and serve patrons at counters or dining tables. Cook will prepare a variety of menu items for serving line.
Prepare to order food items, following standard recipes and procedures.
.Grill, deep fry, bake, broil, and garnish foods such as hamburgers, sandwiches,
french fries, chicken strips.
.Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times,
according to customer requests
.Complete orders from steam tables, placing food on plates and serving
customers at counters or tables
.Prep assigned items
.Prepare beverage specialties, following standard recipes
.Maintain cooking line in a clean, sanitary and safe manner.
.Stock/restock items on line according to menu needs
.Other duties as assigned by management experience or skills
.Knowledge of the proper techniques for food preparation
.Possession of good communication skills
.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
.High school education
