Applicants for consideration must be currently enrolled in a local Respiratory Therapy Program.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
*Cleaning/disinfecting equipment and setting-up ready for next use.
*Maintaining an appropriate inventory of respiratory supplies and placing timely orders when necessary.
*Unpacking boxes of respiratory supplies and equipment.
*Maintaining appropriate inventory of respiratory supplies and equipment in patient care areas throughout the hospital.
*Upon request, transporting respiratory supplies and equipment to patient care areas.
*Assisting with exchange of medical gas cylinders.
*Recognizing when equipment is broken and/or not working properly and reporting to the appropriate Respiratory Department manager.
