The Oaks of Louisiana is in search of an Attendant/Dishwasher. The Attendant will be under the direct supervision of the executive chef and perform a variety of food service and dish-room duties which include
maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of the bistro and lakeview dining area. The Attendant also utilizes standard procedures to provide consistent service to customers. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining inventory of the bistro beverage area; rotating, dating and stocking of all food items; ensuring of all the dishes and kitchen utensils are properly sanitized; loading and unloading dishwasher; recording sanitizer levels daily, or as necessary. The Attendant must work as a team player with the food and beverage department, adjusting duties to cover other assignments as necessary. High School Diploma or equivalent is required for the position. Previous food service experience preferred.
