Location: WK Pierremont Department: Outpatient - Outpatient-PT Classification: Full-Time Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Date Posted: 1/13/2023 Description: The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation outpatient clinic located within the Willis-Knighton Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT). This PT will work with experienced PTs, other Allied Health professionals, and technical staff. This clinic is a fast paced orthopedic clinic which requires self motivation, flexibility, and good time management skills to manage a heavy schedule. In addition to working in the outpatient clinic this PT will also be required to work the week end rotation in one of the Willis-Knighton acute care facilities. Preference will be given to PT applicants with outpatient experience, but one with less experience will be considered. The chosen PT must be licensed to practice as a PT in Louisiana or eligible for licensure. In addition to the new employee hospital orientation the PT will receive departmental orientation and also be assigned a mentor.
