Description:
Masters degree in Social Work or Masters degree in Counseling form an accredited college or University. Prefer minimum of two years post-academic experience in the field of treatment. Writing and communications skills as necessary to perform the job. Ability to function as team member with an interdisciplinary approach. Licensed by the State or eligible for licensure.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Responsible to develop social assessment of patient and patient's family.
Responsible to deliver lecture series and other program schedule components assigned and lead group.
Responsible to complete component assessment process as assigned.
Responsible to formulate and implement treatment plans.
Responsible to document delivery of treatment services and patient progress as assigned.
Responsible to participate in clinical staffing.
