Quality Care Coordinator
Willis-Knighton Physician Network is seeking a Quality Care Coordinator. The qualified candidate will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting all aspects of the clinical workflow process to ensure clinical outcomes are documented and quality measures and thresholds are obtained.
The Coordinator must have a firm grasp on clinical workflow and population health efforts related to managed care quality programs. Furthermore, the desired candidate must have a firm grasp on a variety of software applications to include basic concepts of Electronic Health Record applications and workflow, a better than average Microsoft Excel understanding, and should be considered a better than average user of technology. Besides strong computer skills, the qualified candidate must possess medical terminology, a strong grasp on clinical workflow processes, and preferably but not required, a Medical Assistant or nursing certificate.
