Serve as initial point of contact for technical support questions received by phone or email. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading basic software applications and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide quality support to end users with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical knowledge and timeliness either by resolving the issue or by delegating and coordinating efforts with other IT personnel. Find solutions for issues found by end users and make intelligent decisions to help resolve their issues.
·Perform a variety of system problem analysis and monitoring tasks;
·Talk to users and understand their issues and questions, and log and track issues;
·Find root cause of the problem and try to solve it;
·Act as liaison between users and other IT personnel to communicate the problem resolution to users;
·Replicate and resolve end-user issues in the hardware environment;
·Perform various tasks in provisioning users for use of hospital systems:
·Assist with installation and maintenance of tablet computers and cell phones;
·Works with users at all levels of skills and abilities;
·Manage multiple priorities and demands daily
Associate degree in CIS or equivalent experience preferred
Software skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
