***CHARGE NURSE NEEDED***
2 West Post Op is seeking a self-motivated, energetic and organized charge nurse for our busy 30 bed unit. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Willis-Knighton Bossier Health System. The patient population consists of adult Post Operative/Med-Surg patients with a large population of Orthopedic patients. The candidate for this position must have strong nursing skills, be able to use critical thinking skills and be able to multi-task. The charge nurse is responsible for making shift assignments, communicates with bed placement to assign patient rooms and is a resource for the rest of the staff.
