Description:
We are looking for a nursing assistant to assist the staff in our 10 bed ICU. This staff member will be responsible for taking temperatures, bathing all patients, giving a CHG treatment to all patients, assisting with turning patients every 2 hours, helping transport patients for tests and to other floors, answering phone calls and doing tasks delegated by the RN within your scope of practice. You will work either Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday with weekends off. You may be required to work some holidays. An orientation will be given and will consist of 2 weeks with a preceptor. You will also be required to have CPR and CPI, both of which can be obtained through our Training and Development center after hire.
