Scrub Tech

Our Willis-Knighton Bossier campus is seeking a certified surgical technologist, or eligible to become certified, to assist our professional staff.  Our facility has seven inpatient surgical suites and four outpatient suites.   This facility is Bossier City’s only full-service community hospital offering a variety of surgical procedures with an emphasis on orthopedic sports medicine procedures.  All applicants must be a graduate of an accredited program for surgical technologist.  Call will be required with a 30-minute mandatory response time.  Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: assisting the Surgical staff members, ensuring each patient receives optimal care, follow all the national patient safety goals, assist with case preparation, assist in draping patients, instrument counts, assuring all supplies are available and equipment is in proper working order prior to all procedures.  An orientation will be provided based on your experience and level of comfort.  If you are dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care and wish to work with a winning team, then apply here!
