Description:
3 west is a MS/Tele/Transplant Unit, which is the only transplant facility in North Louisiana. It is a 25 bed unit with a desired patient ratio of 5:1. Excellent support staff consisting of 2 nurse assistants, a unit clerk for day shift and at least 1 nurse assistant at night. We encourage and provide an excellent learning environment for new graduates which includes up to 12 weeks orientation with a qualified preceptor. We also encourage continuing education relative to our patient population. We would love to have you join our team.
