Description:
Our 3 East 24 bed medical surgical unit specializes in Surgical and Neurological patients. This unit calls for specialized nurses that work hand in hand with our Neurosurgeons to promote better outcomes for patients. Our unit offers a twelve week orientation 1:1 with an experienced preceptor to assist the new graduates. Newly graduated RNs get to participate with our Nurse Residency Program here at Willis-Knighton! Experienced nurses are provided an orientation based on their experience and level of comfort. Our Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 with support staff available for a strong continuity of care. Come and get started with us!
