Description:
We are currently seeking to add a Registered Nurse to the staff of our seven surgical suites and four suite outpatient surgery center. Applicant needs an unencumbered Louisiana license or board eligibility. Our Bossier facility offers a great work culture with a unique family atmosphere. Our facility is the only full service community hospital in Bossier City; caring for a variety of surgical cases with a heavy emphasis on orthopedics. Your job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: circulating, scrubbing, monitoring sterile field, chart audits, medication administration, surgical preparation, instrument counts, and documentation. ACLS and PALS are a plus but can be obtained through our career institute free of charge to employees. All shifts rotate between the hospital suites and the outpatient pavilion. The rotating shift will be 0630-1500, no weekend or holidays unless you are on call. Call is a job requirement for the position.
