Dietary-Nutritional Services - Dietary-Kitchen
8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Under the direct supervision of the Nutritional Services Production Manager, cooks food for hospital patients, employees and visitors.
Will have basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations relative to foodservice operations and procedures.
Knows basic food preparation techniques and knowledge of patient and/or cafeteria foodservice operations and procedures.
Medium Work -ability to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently and 10 pounds constantly.
High School or graduate equivalency exam preferred.
The individual should be able to read written instructions well and also be able to follow oral instructions.
Further training in quality food preparation techniques and sanitation desirable.
