Location: WK Bossier Department: Cardiac Rehab Classification: Full-Time Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Date Posted: 5/2/2023 Description: Outpatient Cardiac Rehab is seeking a qualified and passionate Exercise Specialist at the Fitness and Wellness Centers to provide initial orientation, exercise assessments & prescription, goal setting, EKG monitoring, and lifestyle education for groups of cardiovascular patients in our Cardiac Rehab program.  ACLS is required before or within 4 months from hire.  ACSM or AACVPR CCRP certification is preferred.  The job requires teamwork to motivate patients, implement treatment care plans and reassessments, and complete daily and periodic summary reports.  The Exercise Specialist could be needed to work at different Willis-Knighton campuses.  The individual selected for this position will be required to attend a hospital wide orientation, as well as complete a departmental orientation.  If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, apply here.
