Location: Oaks of Louisiana Department: Building Service - Building Service-Housekeeping Classification: Full-Time Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Date Posted: 2/27/2023 Description: The Oaks of Louisiana is seeking an experienced, qualified Housekeeping Environmental Technician to work individually as well as part of a team while cleaning public areas and residential apartments as assigned.  The individual must be able to follow oral and written instructions in the safe use of various cleaning chemicals, equipment and procedures.  This position requires an abundant amount of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and some lifting, as well as frequent interaction with residents, and occasional interaction with their pets as necessary.  Qualifications include being a high school graduate, with minimum two (2) years experience in a commercial housekeeping environment.  This is a temproary full time position for 6 to 8 months with weekends required; however, shift hours will vary.  The individual will be provided WK orientation, followed by a department specific orientation and training.
