This unit calls for specialized nurses that work hand in hand with our Neurosurgeons to promote better outcomes for patients. Our unit offers an twelve-week orientation 1:1 with an experienced preceptor to assist the new graduates. Experienced nurses are provided an orientation based on their experience and level of comfort. Our Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 with support staff available for a strong continuity of care.
